  • We can take appropriate action in case of misuse or account retention beyond the permitted period.

3. Data Privacy and Security

• We treat all user information, including NID and submitted documents, with the utmost confidentiality.

• Your personal data is securely stored and will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party except when required by law enforcement or court order.

• Access to sensitive information is strictly limited to authorized personnel within our administrative team.

4. Service Scope

• By registering, you agree that your account will be used strictly for the purpose of renting digital games from Gamers’ Garage.

• The login credentials we provide for accessing games are temporary and non-transferable, and must be returned upon the rental deadline.

5. Legal Standing

• Gamers’ Garage is a registered game rental service provider in Bangladesh. We operate under full compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding digital media distribution and service-based rentals.

6. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Gamers’ Garage account.

• Any misuse of rental accounts, sharing of access credentials, or attempt to retain our property beyond your rental deadline will result in account suspension and possible legal action.
